Delivery Information for Christmas 2023
The last day to order your item to ensure it is delivered in time for Christmas are shown below:
Standard UK delivery: 3.30pm on Tuesday 19th December.
Next Day UK Delivery: 3.30pm on Thursday 21st December.
Our warehouse will be closed for Christmas with no orders to be despatched on the following dates (Fri 22nd, Sat 23rd, Sun 24th, Mon 25th, Fri 29th, Sat 30th Dec, Mon 1st Jan).
Delivery Information.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding UK holidays), we do not despatch or deliver on weekends. Orders placed after 3.30pm (GMT) will be processed the following working day. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for deliveries that are late.
UK Orders
We offer standard delivery with a rate of £3.95 and next day delivery with a rate of £4.95.
International Orders
Following changes in EU VAT and custom rules starting on 1st July we have temporarily suspended deliveries into Europe. We are working to implement the technical changes required and hope to resume this service soon.
A single order can include up to 10 items for which the shipping prices are fixed. Delivery times are a guide only and are representative of the costs we incur. Please note that prices quoted include UK VAT only (which is payable on all orders), some international deliveries may be subject to local duty and custom charges for which you, the customer, are responsible.

Returns Information for Christmas 2023
Items that are purchased from Thursday 24th November 2023 can be returned to us anytime up to Monday 8th January 2024 for either a replacement size or a refund.
From the date you receive your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed, please note the cost of the goods only will be credited to your card, all delivery charges are non-refundable and a £2.00 returns charge will be deducted from your refund for using the Royal Mail returns service. If your return is outside our 14-day policy or you have any other issues in relation to your order please contact customerenquiries@ravel.co.uk.
To return your item(s) via Royal Mail for a £2.00 fee, please follow the guide on your delivery note or head to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5856 to create a returns label/QR code.
Alternatively, you can return the items via another courier but this will be at your own expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
