What is Ravel Rewards?

Ravel Rewards is our way of giving a little something back to reward you for your loyalty. You can earn points, which can be converted into vouchers that are redeemable against future purchases. 

How do I earn points?

To earn points you must be registered in our loyalty program and be logged into your account at the time of purchase. You will receive 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases on Ravel.co.uk.  Eligible purchases include regular priced styles and exclude sale or promotional items, gift cards, applicable taxes, fees, discounts, delivery charges and any other excluded charges specified by us.

How do I redeem my points?

Log into your Ravel account to view your points balance and convert them into e-wallet credit.  If you have enough points you can claim them for a redeemable voucher which will automatically be applied at the checkout.  

When will my points be credited?

Loyalty points will automatically be uploaded to your account 30 days after your order has been dispatched and when the return period has expired. Any returned items will not qualify for loyalty points. 

Will my points expire?

Your reward points will never expire, so you can collect and save up for bigger purchases.

Terms and Conditions

The standard number of points you will collect is 1 point for every £1 you spend on qualifying products. Each point is worth £0.05. Spending £100 will entitle you to £5 off your next order. 

Points are calculated from any eligible orders on the total amount and exclude sale or promotional items, discounts and delivery.

Please make sure all personal information in your Ravel account is accurate. Unfortunately Ravel cannot be held responsible if you do not qualify for your loyalty points as a result of incorrect information you have supplied. 

Any purchases made using our loyalty program are subject to all applicable UK laws.

Ravel reserves the right to remove products available for point collection and redemption online without notice.

Loyalty points have no value outside of your Ravel account. Therefore you cannot transfer, trade, buy or sell points in any way.
