Delivery Information.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding UK holidays), we do not despatch or deliver on weekends. Orders placed after 3.30pm (GMT) will be processed the following working day. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for deliveries that are late.

UK Orders

We offer standard delivery with a rate of £3.95 and next day delivery with a rate of £4.95.

International Orders

Following changes in EU VAT and custom rules we have temporarily deliveries into Europe.
A single order can include up to 10 items for which the shipping prices are fixed. Delivery times are a guide only and are representative of the costs we incur. Please note that prices quoted include UK VAT only (which is payable on all orders), some international deliveries may be subject to local duty and custom charges for which you, the customer, are responsible.

Returns Policy - UK

From the date you receive your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. To initiate a return login to your Ravel account and select the pair/pairs you wish to return and give a reason for return. Then head to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5856 to create a returns label/QR code. You'll need to provide your Ravel order reference (this starts with RAV) so you can generate a label. Please note that a £3.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using the Royal Mail returns service

If you used guest checkout, you can use the Royal Mail link to send the item back, please ensure your Ravel order reference (this starts with RAV) is entered when completing the form.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed, please note the cost of the goods only will be credited to your card, all delivery charges are non-refundable and a £3.00 returns charge will be deducted from your refund for using the Royal Mail returns service. If your return is outside our 14-day policy or you have any other issues in relation to your order please contact customerenquiries@ravel.co.uk.

Please note that refunds for Klarna payments will take longer to process.

Alternatively, you can return the items via another courier but this will be at your own expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
